BIOGRAPHY

Sigrid Thordsen is a Danish-Swedish Mezzo Soprano based in Copenhagen. 

​

She has performed at major Danish venues like Folketeatret and Bådteatret, Royal Arena and Aarhus Congress, as well as at the Copenhagen and Herning Opera Festivals. 

 

She holds a Master's degree from The Royal Danish Academy of Music (2020) with Susanna Eken, and is currently studying with Operasinger Yana Kleyn.

 

Sigrid has participated in masterclasses with world-renowned artists including Anne Sofie von Otter and Bo Skovhus.
